This year’s 39th Annual Meeting will be the largest educational program the Society conducts, with more than 250 physicians, residents, physician assistants and physical therapists invited. The event will be held on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA.

The 26th Annual Meeting by the North American Spine Society will be conducted at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. NASS has strategically developed an outstanding educational experience that promises to be professionally challenging and rewarding. This year’s dynamic program offers more than 550 presentations, including symposia, best papers, focused paper presentations, concurrent sessions, instructional courses, technique workshops and allied health tracks.

Convening in the US Capitol, Washington DC, the 2011 Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting offers a myriad of opportunities to connect with the leaders who are moving our specialty forward. Our theme, E Pluribus Unum: The Specialty of Neurological Surgery, recognizes the tremendous impact we have on the public through the synergies within organized neurosurgery. Our scientific program will present the highest-impact original science as well as innovative sessions and hand-on courses, all designed to help improve the daily neurosurgical practice.

Founded in 1946, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) is the oldest medical specialty society in the United States devoted to continuing medical education related to hand surgery. ASSH members are hand surgeons and medical professional who specialize in the treatment of hand and upper extremity related conditions. The mission of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) is to advance the science and practice of hand surgery through education, research and advocacy on behalf of patients and practitioners.

The purpose of The International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery, a non-profit organization, is to bring together those individuals throughout the world, who, by their contributions and activities in the areas of research, clinical study, and clinical use, have indicated or are indicating interest in computer assisted orthopaedic surgery. It will serve as a forum for the exchange of information of both an investigative and clinical nature which relates to preoperative planning, execution and postoperative follow up by means of computer assistance. The Society aims to promote a new partnership between orthopaedic surgeons and technologists as a necessary basis for the successful integration of computer assisted surgical tools and techniques into the daily clinical routine. CAOS-International seeks to accomplish these goals by holding one annual meeting and related workshops.

This Course will demonstrate new techniques and instrumentation for shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand reconstruction and provide a valuable international forum for global scientific exchange among surgeons and researchers who are interested in hand and wrist biomechanics and its clinical applications. The Program is designed for practicing orthopaedic surgeons, orthopaedic surgery residents/fellow, physician assistants, occupational therapists, physical therapists, registered nurses, orthopaedic surgery assistants, scrub technologists, surgical assistants, and orthopaedic technicians.

The 79th Annual Meeting of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) is the world’s premier neurosurgical event and will be attended by approximately 3,000 neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals.
